  3. Follow Vendor Instructions – The vendor will provide shipping/return instructions and processing time.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued directly by the vendor according to their policies.

  • Pindrow does not process refunds for vendor-handled transactions.

  • Ensure you follow the vendor’s instructions to avoid delays.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must provide clear return/exchange instructions.

  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries regarding returns or exchanges.

  • Ensure that returned items are inspected and refunds/exchanges are processed fairly.

5. Pindrow’s Role

  • We provide a platform to connect buyers and verified vendors.

  • We monitor vendor activity to ensure compliance with fair practices.

  • In case of repeated vendor violations, accounts may be suspended or removed to protect buyers.

6. Buyer Tips
